Fantastic day at Marlborough College yesterday. Wilts U21s, packed with Wiltshire Queries folk also, made 293 for 7 in their 40 overs and the Queries fell 45 runs short. Skippers Ben Higton and Jack Bramwell contrived to make it a fabulous and enjoyable cricketing experience on a belter of a track. The scores and result (on Play Cricket were slightly secondary. Many thanks to the College for hosting and Ged Montgomery in particular for organising the day, raising money for Breast Cancer Now, there was a lot of pink about! We hope to repeat this next year.
