Too Strong for The Incogniti

We started off quickly, with Max Bradley and Pete Dobson having an opening stand of over 100, Max particularly motoring before falling on 86. The middle order all contributed, good knocks from Sean Montgomery and Jack Bramwell in particular, leading us to declare on 266. Simon Campbell wasn’t a fan of this declaration and claimed we needed more (see result to see whether he was right…).

After some resistance from the Incogniti opening pair we had them 36-3 at tea thanks to a fierce opening spell from Harry Croft-Baker and some delicious leggies from Elliot Gaiger. Onwards from tea, wickets were spread round for everyone alongside a couple good run outs which lead us to a pretty comfortable win, with the Incogniti falling for just over 100. Great day and great win, cheers to all involved!
