Match manager Rupert Bagnall thanked his players and said that their match last Thursday was a thoroughly enjoyable game of cricket – it’s always good when a match goes down to the last over and whilst we were on the losing side the boys’ chase was very gritty and they did brilliantly to hold their nerve in the end when schoolboys so often throw away such tight games.
