Having scraped a 3 wicket win in the initial 20 over game against Erlestoke, there was an element of anticipation building for the next week when we had two more 20 over fixtures against Devizes CC and South Wilts CC. Sadly the weather then intervened and both games were cancelled.
So, a little like the England team being jetted into their T20 championships on the back of just two preparation games, the Queries now face Millfield School on the 12th June and because of the weather, our players will not have got much cricket under their belts !
